Good day,
Please change my debit order date to the last day of the month.
Why is it on the 30th of this month? This caused bank fees involved for the debit order bouncing back.
Please advise. I have sent an email 2 days ago and no one came back to me and also the debit order did not go off as yet because it was bouncing back on the 30th?

05 Jun 2023, 13:33No one came back to me, on the 1st of June the lady that called said the debit order will go off, also nothing happened...if this will effect my credit score because you are not doing your job!!! I have requested that someone provide feedback on this.
.no one responded...why did the debit order bounce back on the 30th of the month if the debit order date is the last day of the month? MAY has 31 days and not 30 and the 31st was on a weekday?
Please sort this out
