I am writing this as a means to contact FNB as your site, App and entire contact process seems designed to confuse and redirect to FAQ. Calling you only sends one on a department to department East Egg hunt.

I have paid off an outstanding account with you (CBS LEGAL RI) in full, taking that balance to zero. Imagine my surprise to see I am still being charged interest on that account.

Last year, in a very similar incident, FNB continued to charge interest on another account I had paid in full. It has taken me 6 long years to recover from irresponsible financial decisions that I made in my 20s and when I finally pay off an account you continue to charge me interest.

I am appealing for you to please, please contact me so that this CBS Legal RI account which I would like to be closed and removed immediately.
