March 23rd 2020 I reported a ***** case to FNB and requested ********** accounts to be blocks and FNB told me I must relax that within 30 days they will refunds the remaining cash found on the ********* account to me after their investigation and 2 days after few days after FNB ***** department investigator called me for info and doc and he gave his email and work no , he only called once after that have send him several emails which he never rep**** during lockdown please I need my money to look after my family , FNB ***** department has not been picking my calls or returning emails even now their phones is off and I don’t know if they are part of the ***** please I need an answer
