PLEASE CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT!!!!!!

Horrific Service... this account is still not closed and now I am being told I need to pay for charges .... bank charges for an account I am no longer using pathetic.... My banker is Celeste Schouw and I received absolutely no support from her... when I complained about the bad service and the desire to close the account she simply asked me if she can close it now... Now she apparently can't get hold of me just close this account and I am not paying another cent to FNB....
