Please close my FNB credit card
I have been asking FNB to close my Credit card to no avail and its a ongoing issue with alot of unnecessary back and forth (Incident numbers: *** and ***Q and ***) I cant believe that a simple request to close a credit card and send proof thereof is such a hard task for FNB. I was in credit of just over R25 and then an agent Selma Singane asked for my banking details to do a refund but never rep**** to me after sending my personal financial data? As advised on my incidents logged, I dont want the refund at this point. Please just close the FNB credit card and send proof thereof ASAP please.
