Please close my account!!!
Dear FNB
Please close my account. I know longer want to deal with you. You refuse to update your system, even now when I want to close my account. Your service is absolute pathetic, I went to Absa and from the experiences that I have received from them, you could seriously take a lesson from Absa. I have been to your branches twice already, and now I get told I have to go in again because your cant update your system. I don't want my account anymore, please close it!!!
