Please change the debit order date for the last time!

I requested that my debit date on my home loan is changed from the 27th to the 1st of every month and the set amount is debited from my new bank account. It has been 2 months now and I have no joy nothing happened. Please pull up your socks and do this. We might be small fish to yall but this is a big deal to us. Bond account number ***
