Please change my debit order date for my personal loan so I can keep up with my debts

In October 2020 I spoke to an agent and I requested that can the bank have a debit order date change for my personal loan because it conflicts with others on the 25th. the lady I spoke to on the phone told me I would receive an email so I can send the the request to the relevant people but I have received no communication yet. I would like to the bank to change the debit order date
