Please cancel debit order!

I have been trying for 7 months now to get FNB to cancel a debit order on an account. I stopped the debit online with them, and asked them to cancel it via email. 7 months later the debit order is still running! They even had the cheek to charge a debit order cancelation fee without canceling the debit order! Of course no one responds to emails...
