Please can you assist
I have noticed that I am being charged the incorrect interest rate on my overdraft since the beginning of 2014. I noticed this in October 2014. I have send a complaint and the only response I get is they are looking at it. They have been overcharging me a 1% interest per month. I want this refunded with interest!! Thanks
