I have complained 3 times and Summit financial services have also emailed several times with no response

Good Day FNB.

Please provide us a letter to the effect that balance on FNB account number *** was written off. We need such a letter in order to issue a clearance certificate and update the credit bureaus.

I mean I just need a letter to confirm that the debt has been written of so I can get a clearance certificate so I can apply for jobs.

This is becoming so frustrating I am highly pregnant and I am wasting money that I don’t have running up and down and calling 1000 different people can someone please help me
