Please Bring My Money back!!!!

I used my debit card abroad on the 18th of december 2015, on the 19th, I attempted to use the atm again and received an error that the transaction has been denied by the issuer of the card, luckily i was returning to South Africa on the 21st of December, upon my arrival, my card did not allow me to withdraw cash in mussina and only started working in Pretoria on the same day, I however noticed a huge discrepancy on my account balances,
On the 22nd of December, i visited Vineyard branch in Cape town and my query was attended to by Surayah Akemdien.
She confirmed that a transaction i completed abroad had been duplicated, but could not see any reason why my card refused to work abroad and earlier in South Africa.
She then logged a dispute for me,
On the 29th of December having had no feedback, i contacted vineyard branch and was informed by a consultant that surayah who handled the query was off, i was transferred to a team leader who insisted she was in the office and would contact me later in the day, magically she did, informing me the dispute had been logged, on the same time i got in touch with Rb Jacobs who escalated the query. It has been 15 days since and no feedback at all
