Please assist urgently!!!

I app**** for a Credit Card online and at the end the response was that a consultant will call me back to assist me further. The consultant called me within a minute.

We went through the security check and she advised me that I will not be able to apply for a credit card as it shows that I had a credit card in the past with FNB.

I advised her that I WAS under debt review and that it was set aside in September 2019 so I am no longer under debt review

I am sure that the credit card could be the one that was under debt review but it has been paid up so why is it still showing on my profile?

I would like it to be removed from my profile as I believe it is stopping me from applying for a new credit card.
