Please Assist me in how l can get my money reversed back to me Thanks

On the 24 of January l wanted to trasnfere money to my brothers acc at Bedford centre Eastgate Gauteng.From my capitecaccto fnb acc .And l made a mistake with 1 digit number and my money went to a wrong account of somebody .of which l went inside Fnb asking them to reverse my money . THEY said they can see my money went into the acc . They need the concent of that Person .When they call the numbers of that person's acc .No one knows the person .its been 4 months trying to get help. I went to do the avidavit at the police station as they said , l have the proof of payment as they said .l left all my details my i.d ,proof of payment,and avidavit as they asked for it. I am also a client of Fnb . Please help me get help to find my money back . I am a domestic worker .that money means a lot to me . Looking forward to hearing from you . Kind regards Doris
