Please assist

I am struggling with getting assistance from Fnb will department with regards to Estate late Walter Tlatsi. He passed away in 2021 April to date nothing has been resolved, I need a tax letter from Sars i asked them to give a power of attorney to get the letter. We are unable to get any money from his pension as they need the letter.
