Please Actually Help Me

6 March I got ref ***NF from a HelloPeter request. Seipati Mokgele from Retail Service Recovery advised on 13th that the reason for all my issues is due to a PayPal account. I have rep**** multiple times since then advising that I do not have a PayPal account and this requires further investigation but I have been ignored over and over again.
