Pleasantly surprised by professionalism and efficiency.

I was very worried when I walked into the Wonderpark branch of FNB. I needed some help urgently and I thought I will get turned away by some rude assistant. I was in for a very pleasant surprise. What a joy to be assisted by Boitumelo Mokwena and Elsa Christie. Both of them went out of the way to help me. They also did it with a smile of their face. This told me that not only were they professional, but also they enjoyed helping clients of FNB. They are an asset to FNB because they left me smiling when I left the branch. It was so rewarding to pay a visit to this branch and to see how much they care about their clients. I wish all other branches can raise their standards to that of these two beautiful ladies. I hope whoever is reading this compliment ensures that both these lovely ladies are given the credit for what they have done and that this message is read to them.
