Pleasant Service in the hood (shock)

Good day

The good words never come when it's a good review however, this lady deserves a shoutout.

I have been frequenting your Dube branch the past few months whether as usage of the ATM, payments, queries etc and all almost all occasions, Feziwe has been the friendliest sounding, most helpful, always helping those who aren't 100% knowledgeable about ATMs, even her tone when addressing clients is amazing.

Shes probably the type that has an imaginary "leave your problems at the opening of the swing door" carpet or she genuinely loves and respects her job. I really hope head office sees her as an asset and potential candidate for promotion when the time comes.

Not to ***** the review however she assisted more than the designated help with an internal issue I had and gave her senior advice (which eliminated so much time of me being transferred and transferred over 40 mins) on how to handle the matter and immediately after her suggested advice, it all fell into place.

She is a gem and I really hope y'all see it.

Tumi as a host is super respecful and helpful, hope she also doesn't lose her spirit along the way.
