I would to just take a moment to say thank you to an amazing person a queen of the FNB business in maall of Africa, her name is Nomshado Thwala, I went into the branch with a query on my credit application, she communicated that I had no records of any credit, and therefore I was declined a credit card, but in the same breath she helped me get my money in order for me to gain instead of losing what a WOW individual she is I am so grateful that she is a person who didn't just see a complainer but she so someone who needs to get more out of their money please i recommend that if there are any opportunities for her to advance to a better position please consider her for the position she is an Asset to your business we need more humans like her, I felt like I was communicating with a friend that knew years and that made me feel special, important and secured with my money at your bank.
