Platinum home owners insurance. What a ****

I made a claim in April during the floods and no one got back to me. Then we had flooding again in May and no one got back to me. It has been over 3 months and I am still waiting for my claim to be processed. I tried calling fnb but as usual. They don't answer their phones.
