Platinum Credit Card Offer

More than a week ago I was offered a Platinum Credit Card on my gold credit card account. Went onto my internet banking (cause that is what the sms said to do) and accepted there offer. On accepting the offer it said the card would be available 3-5 days. After almost a week I had to phone in and follow up in which they told me documents are outstanding \and that someone was still suppose to phone me"(there words not mine). Yet another couple of days after the documents was send and still nothing.<br> <br> Sorry but not accepting another offer from fnb again and will be looking for a bank which offer a better costumer service."""
