Platinum cheque card not delivered after 4 weeks !

I had placed an order for a new platinum cheque card in April about 4 weeks ago. After going into a branch and being promised that my card would arrive within 3to5 days. I was on the phone to fnb premier banking for over 40 mins every call having people pass me on to every Tom,**** and harry due to information not being noted. I then had to travel with no cheque card on hand which was my first inconvenience. After my trip , this now being 2 whole weeks after ordering my card. I, had to call fnb again making it the 6th or 7th call to them trying to follow up on my card . The lady **** to me telling me my card was with the courier at first and it was placed on urgent delivery for it to be in my hands by the next day she also told me that I couldn't fetch the card from my closest branch because of the courier having it already . After it not arriving I had to call fnb again to follow up , when another lady told me the courier company didn't even have my card and they will now need to get me a new card ?!?!?! Which then was promised to be delivered by Thursday 10/5. By Friday with no surprise nothing arrived , 3 weeks after I ordered my card online I called for most likely the 13th time ... wasting not to mention my time but my damn airtime too! I refused to wait any longer and after asking numerous times to please speak to a manager , I got through to a gentlemen that told me the card will arrive on Friday. I then had to deal with the most unprofessional courier company who called me 3 times in one day to get my physical address who I might add was three different individuals every time asking the same question. Making me think how hard exactly could it be to put an address on a system and then deliver to me within the day . I have now waited almost 4 weeks and I still have no card delivered to me . What the heck is really happening with my card and how hard could it possibly be for a service as simple as this to be carried through . I've been with fnb for over 20years and all i can think of now is leaving such a successful bank with the worst client service delivery . So disappointed with this experience !
