Platinum card dispute

I was ******* by a website that said i should punch in my debit card details to verify my age and the next thing they transacted against my account. FNB said i should log a dispute which I did and they now indicating that they have sent me an sms that they need proof. I called to explain and i was sent from pillar to post about it, no ne could help me.

FNB must protect us from merchants who are misrepresenting themselves and take hush stance to this practice. FNB could have prevented this from when the funds were reserved but they chose not to. What do we do when things are like this?
