Platinum business account card collection

I have opened a platinum business account mid December 2024. I was told the business card will be provionally ready and available for collection by latest the 30/12/24.

I have not received any communication and patiently waited, however over the past 2 weeks I tried contacting multiple people from FNB either via secure chat or phone calls and everytime it was unsuccessful. Everyone says they will get back or email me references etc, yet nothing was received! The banker who assisted me in opening the account is on leave.

This is extremely frustrating and not the level of service I expect from a Platinum business account, especially for something as simple as a card collection. Very unprofessional and an unpleasant experience.
