PLATINUM BANKING WITH NO SERVICE

App**** for car finance through Platinum Banking division. Was declined on affordability, but info was so incorrectly loaded, its shocking. 3 Days later, no reply and calling just gets me a we don't see anything on the system. Dont think Platinum means any better service.
