Plane ticket refund

I have booked an international plane ticket with FNB ebucks last year for my niece, unfortunately due to covid registrations she couldn't travel. I have been requesting for a refund since January without luck. They just keep giving me run arounds.

The worst service I have ever experienced with FNB. We are now in much and I keep sending through emails requesting for feedback, no one replies to my emails anymore.

FNB ebucks is the worst!
