PLAN REVOLVING

I am a private client with FNB , app**** for a revolving plan from 25th August 2021 . The bank 1st said everything is in order to my surprise recently they are escalating the matter for what reasons I don't know . My previous transactions with the bank was smooth but this time around I'm disappointed especially in times of needing help . With my card card as well the services was terrible
