Placed under debt review by the bank

I have been struggling for a while to apply for credit with fnb because they are telling me that I am under debt review of which I am not. I have applies for accounts with other retail store there is nothing . Even my Credit report shows nothing. Why is fnb penalizing me for something that is not correct. I need help please. Iv been to waterfall mall branch to get assistance but nothing is happening. I have been banking with fnb for many year but I am now not getting the joy out of it. Please assist.
