pitiful service continued

i recently post the complaint below and all fnb can do is give their generic response saying complaint logged, but obviously this isnt actually helpful as they dont actually deal with your complaint or answer any of the questions posed like "how they charged me with no pin number" being the glaringly obvious one.

i have been trying to get an answer to this and a refund for over a month to no avail. all they do is keep quoting terms and conditions without actually explaining how they could do this.

FNB IF YOU RESPOND AGAIN WITH A COMPLAINT NUMBER AND RESEND ME YOUR RIDICULOUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT BOTHER

I have always been a loyal FNB customer and preached to people telling them to switch to fnb. Well after this experience i will tell anyone who will listen to stay far away.

"My partner and I recently used the slow lounge as I often do when traveling. This time we were traveling internationally and used the international lounge.

I looked at my account and to my horror I have been charged R800 for the visit. This is absolutely outrageous. Firstly the visit is definitely not worth R400 each, but also no warning that this amount will be charged on entry. Secondly no pin was asked for, how did they charge ,me this amount of money with no pin number? i further recieved no SMS informing me that the money had been charged. its as if they were deliberately trying to con me out of the money.

i contacted the customer service explaining that this level of service is disgusting and i want my money refunded immediately and i get a ridiculous generic response with their slow lounge rules. the question still remains how they charged me with no pin number and failed to notify me of the amount charged."
