You went and took R5k from my account and yet again I'm unable to pay fir my ****** medical aid. I'm told that my refund will take 5-7 working days. I don't have that ****** long.

After being sent from pillar post on Friday and Saturday and being told all sorts of **** I ended up in freaking hospital due to a threatened miscarriage. Yes, I almost lost my baby due to your fackin incompetence and bull****.
