****ed off,Frustrated and Exhausted with FNB (First National Bank)

****ed off with FNB in July the 11th to be exact I woke up to notification s that I have been charged over 30 times for toll gates in Limpopo ,Mpumalanga and Pretoria resulting in around R10000 in charges as a business owner every single rand we make fuels our growth and let's us survive from day to day ...anyway I call FNB and was sent a form to fill out and send back to them and was told the process takes 7 days to investigate so I was cool not problem, only to receive an email 5 days saying I have lodged a complaint with the wrong department !!!!!!??so I called the bank and was on hold for over 15 minutes and was told a ***** case was lodged and the investigating team will take 7 days again .....I decided to wait for the 7 days and in all this times I'm receiving messages from FNB that my account is in excess.... like seriously who in his right mind would keep depositing money in such a account(moved my accounts to Absa)

I even spoke to the business accounts manager I was instructed to call(Name received via email and SMS )as I explained my current situation that my account is in excess because of the ********** charges and I'm waiting for the matter to be resolved, he checked the system and confirmed that my complaint was received and he will also follow up but nothing happened.

As I favour FNB over other banks I decided to give them a chance to rectify the matter only to wake up on the 2nd of August to more notifications of charges from various toll gates bear in mind that I cancelled my only card linked to the account on the 11th of July 2018 now today I call again on the 8th to find out what is going on only to be told by a consultant that the was no ***** case opened like seriously how does this bank expect small businesses to operate if they don't take our issues seriously and to date I have spent R700 on airtime trying to call the follow up department only to be on hold for more than 15 minutes at a time and receive no help
