**** poor service and instaltutionised theft
The lack of knowledge at the call center's is terrible, having spent 5 days and close to 12 hours on hold having spoken to dozens of people who keep on sending me around in circles my issue is still not even close to being resolved. My advice is don't deal with FNB at all. They are with holding over R100 000.00 rand of my money and refusing to transfer it into my bank account. This is theft and I will be laying ******** charges.
It is absolutely no wonder why people urinate in branches and drive their cars through bank windows with the level of service you get.

09 Apr 2019, 11:18Now 4 days later and FNB is still no closer to finding out why they are withholding funds. If the bank cannot answer their own questions then how is a customer meant to.
My experience with FNB has educated me to the fact that we need banks a whole lot more than the banks need customers. Its a very sad state of affairs when it gets to this point
