PINK STAINED NOTE FROM ATM
Can FNB explain why their ATM produced pink stained notes? When contacting them to escalate this issue as NO retail store will accept such notes, FNB states that it is out of their hands. I don't think so? I feel that it is FNB's responsibility to service their customers and MAKE A PLAN. Saying that we need to go to the Reserve bank is not good enough.
