Pinecrest fnb branch ****mers

Fnb branch at Pinecrest they do not want to do their work at all and I am not even sure that they had proper training. I have an issue with a eWallet transaction I have been to the branch 5 times. Logged a complaint manager resolved it after 3 days without finding out if the issue was resolved. Went there the 5th they made me call fnb consultants I left with no email or confirmation they said the money will be on my account 3 to 5 business days. Now I am preparing for a funeral I couldn't see my dad in hospital as I had no money my last hope was this transaction back thanks to Fnb for no goodbye.mnxm
