Pin changing

It's the second time now that my pin has changed on FNB online banking without me changing it and the first time I was seriously in a bad position where I needed to make an urgent payment and couldn't log onto my own profile!! Now it's happened again... This is not acceptable! I tried phoning and and the operator didn't have any idea why its doing this and it's ridiculous seeing as fnb'a banking fees every month arnt the greatest! I do not have time to keep phoning and waiting on the line to speak to someone to sort this out every time.. Please would you send me the right contact in order to cancel my accounts with FNB as I would like to change banks.<br> <br> Thanks,<br> Warren
