Pillar to Post, Nightmare Dealing With ***** Dept - Buiness Account

FNB ***** department is a nightmare to deal with. Have a very old case on our FNB business account involving a person who was ****med and the ******* got the customer to pay into our account and the ******* was subsequently sent the goods paid for. There has been a hold of the funds on our account since 2018. Trying to get an answer as to whats happening just leaves me being shoved from pillar to post.

I've called on numerous occasions to try and resolve and no one at FNB ***** Dep. seems to be able to figure out who the investigator was. I keep getting shoved from investigator to investigator and back to ***** reporting.

All cold transfers to another agent even when I asked please ask if they will not do this (when ***** investigator stated I should lodge a new case, ***** reporting says not the correct route and passes me back onto another ***** investigator)

No one can tell me a case number so I have to explain myself everytime and spoke to about 7 agents yesterday from both ***** reporting and investigations. I still haven't gotten anywhere it seems.

I would just like the funds released or a resolution given, we have not been contacted at all over the years to update on the "ongoing" (I think not) investigations.
