I sent a request to Close my cheque account in june and only in August after i lodge a complain was my request facilitate. In that email it was a request to Close the account and a reversals of one on the debit order. They went and close my account without crediting my refund. In Friday 30 September i received a call from a lady from the randpark ridge mall advising me that i have a refund if 900 which i need ti then go to Northgate to get a refund.. 1.i never opened my account at Northgate mall why must i niw go through all the trouble to get ny money? 2 why was my account closed while there was still another query pending? Fnb is said to be an innovative bank why can't they then credit my refund to my bew account, do Eft oe something? Why must i nis take time iff ti work and spend r120 for taxi faire to get gto Northgate for refund just because of in competency of their own staff? I need my refund credited to my capitec account as i had no business with Northgate msll ever in my life.... My closest msll will be westgate msll and that's far I'm willing to go!
