Pillar to Post

So I've been using my virtual card for the past few months & was awarded/gifted a R200 Takealot voucher, which was received via sms... I have deleted the sms by mistake & am trying to get the voucher number. This week, I called the Digital department who then transferred me to the eBucks department. The agent I spoke to yesterday advised that he was aware of this promotion & that I need to speak to "accounts queries"... Today I contacted General Enquiries department, they transferred me to the Digital department who then transferred me to the eBucks department that later transferred me to the Digital department... I've just been sent from pillar to post without any assistance.
