Tried to find out on secure chat what we should do in order to fix the interest rate on our home loan. Was told to phone *** and that I will be given a telephonic quote Spoke to Karabo at 13:53 on 9 November 2021. Was told that I will be sent an e-mail. Still waiting for it.....
