Phumzile Sibeko’s PATHETHIC SERVICE!is on brand with FNB!

Spoke to Phumzile Sibeko and many more….Because you get transferred till you give up because no one is even trying to help you. Phumzile dropped the call on me while I’ve been on the phone with FNB for 33 minutes. She was horrible and not willing to assist that when I asked for her manager she muted my call and went on about her day until I decided to drop the call. Called again and the never ending transfers started again, 2 hours later, no assistance. To say I’m disappointed at the service is an understatement. I have never been frustrated in my life to a point of wanting to cry because wow! How’s about you close your customer service contact centre for once and save us time. Telkom, is that you!?
