Phone giving in for repairs still haven't received it going months

Hi my name is Vinesh Bipat Identity Number is ********** 244083 my Sony Xperia m4 Aqua was picked from courier it over 1 and half month ago for repairs by courier company courier IT and still from that time I got no response from fnb ever again when I phone them there kept putting me on hold and then eventually cut the call or either I was told there with her back to me but never did I think fnb is waiting for my warranty to finish then get back to me and tell me the phone is not under warranty and can't be repaired this is truly ****ing patathic service from you guys please can you guys get back to me like asap and let me know when I'm getting my phone fixed and sent back to me because I can't be paying for something I don't have please contact me on ********** 506
