Phone drops as soon as they hear I have an complaint!

I opened a new account and requested my card to be delivered to my work address. Got an sms on Wednesday from Takealot that they will deliver before 17:00. I waited, no delivery. Called this morning. I was promised before 12:00. No delivery. Since then I was trying to log a complaint with FNB. As soon as I tell them I have a complaint, they drop the phone - 6 times! I am sure no one wants to address complaints this time of year, but business must go on! I get the feeling no one even wants to work this time of year!! Absolutely unacceptable!
