Phone and email support non-existing

Their telephone and email support options are shocking. Personal loans and home loans' email support say that their turnaround time is 3 business days. I've been waiting 7 business days and counting for a response...I don't think I will ever get a response and the matter was extremely urgent. After this, I am definitely not banking with them anymore. The phone support lines are just as shocking. After speaking to quite a few people they either sounded like they were falling asleep, weren't interested to help or they had attitudes.
