****phobic FNB employee

I am disappointed with FNB employee in Polokwane. I asked the lady about the funeral policy/cover and I was told that according to her knowledge FNB does not provide such to same *** married people and that she will also check if anything has changed since I have a wife and not a HUSBAND. The most annoying part is that I bank with FNB now if I knew that my ***uality as a South African woman is a problem I would have gone to other banks where they respect people's ***ual orientation and know that I am not different to hetero***uals.
