Phenomenal service from Llewellyn Barnard , Platform Specialist, FNB Commercial National Sales and Service ! Llewellyn called as a follow up on an email he had previously sent with instructions on how to navigate the statement changes on FNB OBE . I had not got to it yet so with great enthusiasm and plenty of patience Llewellyn guided me through the process and we got it sorted . I also had a query with regards to downloading CSV statements and they way they were formatted ( I had already tried OBE and Business Helpdesk - no-one could assist and I was bounced between the two )so I took a chance and asked and he knew exactly what I was talking about !
