Phenomenal Service

My visit to the Chatsworth FNB branch today. Great efforts made following concerns raised from my previous visit. Service was fast and efficient didnt wait my estimated waiting time ( i guess the twist / changes put in place are working).

Lastly the lady who assisted me (sorry cannot remember her name) was phenomenal, easy to angage with and extremely welcoming. She used my first name with a big smile when i was walking out reminding me to complete the survey, nice touch. Thank you!
