Phenomenal Service

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>We had registered a business through FNB and after having spent a few days attempting to retrieve company registration documents from some lousy consultants we were assisted by Dipuo Ethel Gumbe. It took her all of 3 minutes (I REMEMBER) to do what several consultants couldn't do in close to an hours' worth of holding on and excuses. I was genuinely appalled by the lack of apathy on the side of the bulk of the consultants who "assisted" us beforehand, some assuring us that it was impossible to be assisted by FNB and we would have to deal directly with the nightmarish CIPC. <br /><br />We would like to extend our sincerest thanks to Ethel; her patience, professionalism, and grand knowledge of what-the-hell she's doing!!! </p>
