Phathetic turn around time

After waiting 12 days for an answer and several calls from me to FNB for a response, they asked for documentation twice and I had to use the last bit of cash to settle an account just so i could give FNB a paid up letter, they still have not come back to me. I wont be surprised when I do receive a declined offer.
