Petunia -Rude and unhelpfull agent

Rude call center agant! I called FNB on *** and Petunia i think was the lady's name picked up the call i was on the line with a client of mine trying to assist him who is a a FNB client and she was rude refused to assist us and throwing the phone down in my ear. i called at abou 10:03-10:11. This makes me think i also doent want to be and FNB client anymore, rude and not helping , a employee like her carries a BIG repetational risk for a campany. not only is my client shiocked and was not help i am aslo think to move all my accounts to a camapny that cares or at least can do their job and not throw a phone donw in my ear
