Petrol Card embarrassment

Petrol card expired , took me almost 6 people to order a new card , finally when card arrives my credit facility cannot be used anymore as there is insufficient funds , but on my FNB app is has a balance available. I had to embarrass myself at the petrol station when the card said insufficient funds , lady at branch when issuing the card also looks lost doesn't know what's happening ,FNB is really a bad bank can't wait to move my bank
